Yes, we still need to save McPhillamy Park

Bathurst Regional Council needs to:

• Formerly recognise the 10 acres gifted by Mrs McPhillamy as public parkland.

• Reclassify ‘Mrs McPhillamy’s land’ as public open space (community land)

• Confirm the land as forming part of McPhilla-my Park

• Develop an approprate vision, masterplan and conservation management plan.

• Re-open the ‘fenced off’ park to the public

• Respect the culture of Wahluu-Mt Panorama
